1. What JoinMyIn is
JoinMyIn connects people who want to buy from Shein with local agents who pool carts into one order, place it once it qualifies for free shipping, and hand each buyer their own items. Agents may also sell items they already hold in the Market.
2. Requests
- Buyers share a Shein cart link and the total they see. The agent confirms the final total before any payment.
- Agents order exactly what is in the shared cart. Any change (price, stock, country) must be flagged on the request and approved by the buyer.
- Buyers can cancel any time before paying.
3. Payments and escrow
- Online payments are made by Whish to JoinMyIn (operated by TechBoiL), not to the agent.
- JoinMyIn holds the payment until the buyer confirms receipt in their request page or app.
- If the buyer does not respond within 7 days after the agent marks the items as handed over, the request completes and the payment is released.
- On release, JoinMyIn sends the agent the payment by Whish, minus any platform fee shown in the agent panel.
- If a paid request cannot be ordered, the buyer is refunded by Whish.
- Cash on delivery is available when the buyer chooses it. In that case the buyer pays the agent directly on delivery and JoinMyIn does not hold the money.
4. Market
- Agents list items they physically hold. Descriptions, photos and prices must be accurate.
- Market orders are paid cash on delivery.
- Prohibited: illegal goods, hazardous materials, counterfeits, and anything against Lebanese law. JoinMyIn may remove any listing.
5. Agents
- Agents are approved by JoinMyIn after a phone review and can be deactivated for misconduct, repeated delays, or false updates.
- Agents keep each request's status up to date in the panel.
- Ratings come only from buyers with completed requests.
6. Disputes
If something goes wrong, contact support@joinmyin.com with your request code before confirming receipt. While a payment is held, JoinMyIn reviews both sides and decides on release or refund.
